S prací na tomto modelu jsem začal někdy v září loňského roku, potom ale dorazila BR52, tak jsem stavbu přerušil, abych se k ní nyní vrátil. Kit je notoricky znám, tak jen v krátkosti poznamenám, že je dobře provedený, s vynikajícími detaily, na druhou stranu vyžaduje dost oprav a tmelení, začišťování a dalších vedlejších prací, dosud jsem ovšm nenarazil na žádný velký problém a stavba jde zdárně kupředu. Jen ještě dodám, že tento stavím jako initial version, pravděpodobně 040 Adam se 60cm hlavní. Rozdíly mezi verzemi zmíním během stavby

I have finished both carriers and arms, painted with surfacer and preshading as well. I will assembly the wheels after painting them. I have also done some work on Karl, and fresh pictures will appear tomorrow.
Prozatím mám nastříkané podvozky i s rameny surfacerem a lehký preshading, něco jsem dokončil na horní části Karla a pohrál si s zábradlím na plošinách, které v mé verzi při přepravě zůstává se složeném stavu. Nyní jsem ho připevnil na místo, udělal nějakou práci na dělu a nabíjecím zařízení, na němž se některé části liší od verze 041..
The loading tray has finished and some work on the gun too. Some parts are different for 041 version. Most work is over on the upper hull, and I will start the chassis with wheels.
V podstatě celý horní díl je hotový a začnu nyní s pracemi na spodní části modelu a kolech. Horní nástavba mortaru stejně jako nabíjecí zařízení půjde stranou, když stavím kit při přepravě.

Většina dílů je slepena do celků vhodných ke stříkání, dokončil jsem surfacer a preshading.
There is a big painting job now to be done, some pictures from middle work. Lot of fading, rust, dust will start when main painting and gluing to the whole thing is done.
Stavba je zhruba dokončena, model přelakován s aplikovanými obtisky. Několik drobných detailů, žebříky, nářadí apod. bude doplněno během dokončovacích prací. dnes začnu s filtry.
Main bulding has been finished, kit is painted, the decals put on, and coat of varnish over it. Some details, tools, etc will be added with finishing. I am gonna start with oils today.
Základ s oleji je hotov, až zaschnou, nastoupí panzer filtr, wash, rez a prach.
My job with the oils finished, I will aply panzer filter, some washes and rust with dust at the end.
Aplikoval jsem panzer filter a tmavý wash od Migu, dolepil zbylé detaily. Zítra přidám rez a nějaký prach. Dnešní obrázky nejsou moc kvalitní.
Panzer filter and dark wash from Mig used today, all parts glued on and painted. Tomorrow I will apply rust and a bit of dust, the finishing works will be done at the end.
Both cars are finished, I used Mig oil mixture to get greasy spots around the wheel oilers, for hydraulic arms and the turntable, it looks very realistic.
Oba vozy jsou hotové, poprvé jsem použil olejový wash od Migu, mastné skvrny kolem maznic na kolech, písty hydrauliky nebo kolejnice a kola točny vypadají velice dobře
